Payment Terms:
Payment is requested at the end of each session for the services provided. Payment is currently accepted by cash or cheque only. Bright Expectations reserve the right to suspend our service/s if payments are not received within our payment terms and/or charge you statutory interest on late payments.
Cancellation:
Both we & the customer have the right to cancel the contract due to unforeseen circumstances. Bright Expectations require 48 hours notice in respect of a cancellation by the customer; 50% of the agreed fee will be charged if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the agreed commencement of a session. Bright Expectations may agree to credit your account if the work is re-scheduled to commence within 3 months of such cancellation.
The advice offered by Bright Expectations is given in good faith; the decision to accept our guidance concerning whether or not to keep particular possessions, remains with the customer. Bright Expectations cannot therefore accept responsibility for the consequences of such decisions. Occasionally, we handle items which have a potentially high market value. Bright Expectations will always attemot to identify such items amongst your possessions, however, the customer acknowledges that we are not valuers, nor do we have expertise to identify works of art or items of special value or rarity, nor are we qualified to advise on valuation matters for insurance purposes.

Handling of Goods:
Bright Expectations takes great care when handling customers possessions. Unfortunately, accidents may occur. We shall not be liable for any losses or damage, howsoever caused, and rely on you to carry insurance at all times which adequately compensates you for losses or damage howsoever caused by us in our capacity as your agent.
Access:
If you engage Bright Expectations to work at a particular location where access is restricted, we reserve the right to charge for the lost time and our expenses.
In the interest of personal injury protection Bright Expectations will NOT undertake:
the lifting of heavy objects and/or furniture
climbing ladders
entering unconverted loft spaces
